Net 45 Days for shipments from warehouse. Orders are subject to acceptance and credit approval.

Terms for container orders will be determined on a case by case basis. Subject to review at any time. All Prices & Terms are subject to change without notice.

All purchase orders must include PO #, pricing per price agreement, minimum order quantities in square feet and ground freight carrier (if desired).

Out of warehouse: All trims are shipped separately. WPC and SPC Trim is the only trim we stock.

NOTE: All out of warehouse WOOD moldings are special order; non-cancelable, non-returnable. Wood trim is FOB the trim factory. Freight charges will be on final invoice.

In-stock pallet orders will ship within 2 business days of purchase order.

Container shipments have a standard lead time of 8-12 weeks from the receipt of the purchase order. Lead times may vary based on changes with freight carriers.

Out of warehouse purchases are delivered to your local The Designery warehouse. Container purchase orders are delivered pricing to customer’s warehouse.

The number of square feet per carton, pounds per carton, cartons per pallet, etc. may vary upon receipt of containers into the warehouse.

We recommend verification of square feet per carton when placing orders.

All container pallet counts were based off a weight limit of 44,000 pounds. Some US ports and delivery locations can be adjusted for extra weight depending on state regulations.

Heavy on the price list refers to heavy weight containers, which can max out at 54,000 pounds. Heavy weight containers are allowed in certain states only.

Only full, unopened, cartons will be considered for return within 20 days of original purchase. No loose items.

Mountain Scapes will issue a Return Authorization for all approved returns. All returns are subject to inspection prior to receipt.

Returns deemed non defective/damaged will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
